RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We will only accept return requests if
- We delivered the wrong product to customer due to our mistake
- We delivered a damage/defective item(s) to customer. However, we will ensure all items are in good quality and in good condition before we send them out.
The returning item has to be unused and be exactly in the same condition as it was at the moment of receiving it. It is recommended that the item is returned in the original package . Cost of postage or transportation for return of goods is at customer’s expense.
Return of items must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
REFUNDS
We will gladly provide you with a refund once your return is approved. Upon receipt of your return item we shall inspect it. You will receive a notification email for returning the item regardless of whether it is or isn’t approved for a refund. When approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days from date of receipt of return goods.
